Biog
Having graduated from Edinburgh University with a degree in Spanish, I worked in a number of corporate roles both in London and overseas. During this time, the world of wellbeing and complementary medicine was something I turned to throughout, in particular to help me through glandular fever and post-viral fatigue. I found my weekly reflexology sessions helped me cope with the stresses and demands of corporate life. I would arrive at my reflexologist exhausted and depleted, and leave energised and feeling able to cope again.
In 2000, after a particularly stressful period, I decided to train to become a reflexologist and have never looked back. I started out treating from a private room in Chelsea and due to demand began offering home visits, which is what I continue to do today.
Despite 25 years of treating hundreds of clients, I still marvel at how powerful the treatment can be. Whatever your reasons for booking reflexology, it is guaranteed to leave you in a profound state of relaxation — something which, in this hectic life, is not always easy to find.
